The Cat's Meow!
Name ;; BloodStar
Gender ;; Tom
Age ;; 72 moons (6 years)
Clan ;; WindClan
Rank ;; Leader
Picture ;;
Appearance ;;BloodStar is a rather handsome cat. He is mostly orange with brilliantly placed streaks of black and gold. The right side of his face is black, smeared in with orange on the right. His whiskers are long, yet abnormally short. BloodStar's ears are rather pointed with a small dent in the right ear tip. BloodStar's nose is all black with a small dot of orange.
When you look closely at his pelt, you'll find a large, well-hidden scar smeared onto his body. It is only visible if you are standing right beside him. The scar stretches from his left hind leg to his belly, breaking at some points.
BloodStar's eyes are beautifully coloured. They are a mix of green and amber, giving the illusion of emerald-brown. His tail is half the size of a normal tail due to a fight he had with a dog earlier in his life. His build is muscular and quite small. For his type of cat, he is under the size limit.
Personality ;;BloodStar is a hard cat to figure out. The six years that he has been living have definitely changed his attitude. For one, he hates retreating. He believes that it is pointless and a sign of weakness. Being a leader, his wisdom acts as a great aid when he is losing. He is a fast thinker and able to deploy almost any tactic.
BloodStar rarely smiles. He is usually a solitary cat that prefers to travel alone instead of in a group. the only time you ever see BloodStar smiling is when he wins a fight or sees something quite impressive. He is usually cross with apprentices, making sure that they get all the training they need.
Despite his downfall of behavior, he is a naturally well-behaved cat. He is well taught in leadership and proper manners. He has great respect for all cats and loves to spend time with kits, telling them great stories of how one day they will serve the clan.
History ;; Some cats are born into their clan and remain there, happily living with their families for most of their lives. However, some cats are taken at a young age by theives and brought to a new clan where they grow up in poverty. This is the case with BloodStar.Kithood
When he was just a young kit, barely 2 moons old, a lone WindClan warrior trotted into the territory of Shadowclan. Of course, being a kit and new to the world, Bloodkit loved to interact with many new faces. This was a mistake. While sleeping in the nursery with his siblings and mother, the Windclan warrior barged in, slashing Bloodkit across his body and knocking him unconscious. The Windclan warrior then trotted away with Bloodkit hanging faintly from his mouth. Upon arrival to Windclan, the leader quickly checked Bloodkit out, making sure that the gash would heal and he would be able to train. The medicine cat quickly treated Bloodkit and released him into the Windclan nursery.
Apprenticeship
Finally came the day of his apprenticeship. He stood proudly in front of his friends, his chest stuck out greatly. His name quickly shifted to BloodPaw. In his opinion, it sounded scary and terrifying. But he liked it. It showed a sense of power in some way that he did not understand. BloodPaw trained hard to be a warrior. He did everything he was told. Many faults overcame him as there came a point in time where he encountered a dog. The dog easily ripped off half of Bloodpaw's tail, leaving a mocking crowd of apprentices. Disgraced by his inability to fight dogs, BloodPaw started to push himself harder. The medicine cat would pull him out of training quite often to treat his wounds and telling him to take a break and rest.
But Bloodpaw would only refuse. He couldn't afford a break. At last came the day where the apprentices formed up together and launched an attack on BloodPaw out of jealousy. He easily took them down, barely harming them. He was about to take down one of the apprentices, when the leader came by. He was angry, yet impressed at BloodPaw. And so came the day that he was to become a warrior.
Warriorhood
BloodPaw's name was quickly traded in for BloodTalon. He stood there at night on his own, proudly staring at the skies. At last he became the warrior that he had always wanted to be. BloodTalon fought hard, hunted well, and obeyed every instruction that was given to him.
There was a point in time where the clan was invaded, but BloodTalon quickly fended most of them off. However, the deputy of the clan wasn't so lucky. He had perished in the fight, leaving a broken leader. BloodTalon knew the deputy well. Upon the mourning ceremony, the leader told him a grave secret that only he, the medicine cat, and the queens knew. The deputy was the warrior that had stolen BloodTalon from Shadowclan. BloodTalon was shocked, but thanked the deputy for doing so and bringing him into a safer, better-run society of Windclan.
Deputyship
Once the battle had ended, the leader appointed BloodTalon as the new deputy for his efforts in defending the clan at the cost of his life, as well as being a great friend to the former deputy. As the weeks passed, BloodTalon noticed that his leader looked rather sick and weak. The leader admitted to BloodTalon that his last life was about to end, as he had a growing tumor inside him. BloodTalong took it in as a shock and hung his head as he watched his leader fade away before his eyes. The medicine cat arrived in the den shortly after the leader's death, only to find BloodTalon sobbing at his side. The medicine cat let out a short mew of pity and informed BloodTalon that since the leader was gone, he would become the new one. BloodTalon looked at her and gave a nod.
Leadership
BloodTalon travelled with the medicine cat to Highstones where he received his nine lives. BloodTalon was traded to BloodStar. He returned to his clan and immediately started to change many things according to the needs of the clan. It was a great change and many cats were happy of it. BloodStar was truly a born leader/
Apprentices
First Apprentice: His first apprentice was given when he was a warrior. The apprentice was trained under BloodTalon and then grew to be a great warrior
Second Apprentice: BloodTalon was assigned another apprentice shortly after his first one became a warrior. This apprentice strived to be perfect. BloodTalon later found out that the apprentice had a family in another clan. Two moons later, the apprentice visited BloodTalon and told him that he missed his family very much and had decided to leave the clan. BloodTalon had no objections and let his apprentice go. It was a sad goodbye.
Third Apprentice: When BloodTalon became a deputy, he was assigned another apprentice. This one never listened to BloodTalon and eventually got himself injured beyond repair. The apprentice ended up drowning later on.
